Use this option to order your transcripts for the National Certification, MBLEx, or the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. There is no charge for transcripts sent to these organizations. Use the "comments" field on the Payment screen to enter your name, telephone number, and Social Security number. Transcripts must be picked up at the school. All orders will be confirmed before processing.
